Hannah Comber brings nearly a decade of property management experience to the team, having worked across both Australia and New Zealand where she specialised in residential apartments and building management.
With a strong passion for customer service, Hannah is dedicated to building positive relationships and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for both property owners and tenants. She is deeply committed to protecting landlords’ assets, delivering attentive and proactive management that provides complete peace of mind.
Known for consistently going the extra mile, Hannah takes pride in offering responsive, reliable and solutions-focused service for every property in her care. She strives to create a professional, supportive and reassuring experience for everyone she works with.
Andrew Hammerich brings a diverse background in property operations, technical fieldwork, and client service to his role as Assistant Property Manager at Goode Property.
He began his career in land surveying, where he honed his attention to detail and built strong communication skills through regular collaboration with clients, contractors, and the wider community.
Peter Kearns is a highly experienced property management professional with 17 years of expertise in the sector, specialising in inspections, tenant placement, and portfolio support. Known for his precision and meticulous approach.
His extensive knowledge and dedication to excellence contributes to Goode Property's operational efficiency and enhanced client outcomes.

Caroline Cockburn brings over 30 years of experience in property management and client advisory to her role as Client Relationship Manager at Goode Property. A respected industry professional, Caroline played a foundational role in establishing the rent roll for Parnell Real Estate Limited/Burrett and Veitch in 1994—an achievement that later contributed to the creation of Barfoot & Thompson’s flagship property management portfolio.
She has built a reputation for excellence in business management, strategic client engagement, and stakeholder relationship development. Her deep knowledge of the Auckland property market, combined with her long-standing commitment to building meaningful client partnerships, makes her a trusted advisor to both property owners and tenants.

Joanna Wang brings over a decade of experience in the New Zealand real estate industry, with expertise spanning property management and investment analysis. She has successfully managed diverse property portfolios, cultivated strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple sectors of the property market.
Joanna’s unique ability to combine financial acumen with practical, hands-on experience enables her to deliver robust returns for investors while maintaining exceptional service standards for property owners and tenants.
Joanna holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she communicates effectively across cultures and provides tailored support to a wide client base.
Her strong financial background further enhances her analytical and reporting capabilities, supporting informed and strategic decision-making in property investment and management.
Jackie Tiai brings over a decade of experience in community housing and customer service to her role at Goode Property. She has extensive expertise in large portfolio management, tenancy compliance, arrears recovery, and property care.

Tracy-Lee Kellett brings over a decade of experience in property management to her role at Goode Property. Beginning her career in media and communications before transitioning into property management, she has successfully overseen both large-scale residential and commercial portfolios.
In addition, she established and later sold her own boutique property management business, equipping her with a strong commercial perspective and a deep understanding of client service excellence.

Originally from Tauranga, New Zealand, Dayne began his career in residential investment, building a strong practical foundation in the property sector.
He has been instrumental in transforming Goode Property from a single-location operation into a multi-city enterprise. Under his leadership and strategic direction, the company has achieved substantial growth through both acquisitions and organic expansion.
Today, Goode Property manages a diverse residential portfolio valued at over NZ$850 million, providing quality housing to more than 2,000 residents across Auckland, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
Dayne’s leadership is defined by his commitment to integrity, professionalism, and operational excellence. As a Board member, he also contributes to the wider governance and long-term strategic direction of the group.
Lisa Sargison is a distinguished leader in New Zealand’s property management sector, with over two decades of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering high-performance outcomes. She currently serves as General Manager at Goode Property, where she leads the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and service innovation.
Prior to joining Goode Property, Lisa held senior leadership roles, including General Manager at Bayleys Head Office, where she oversaw multi-office operations, led business development initiatives, and built a reputation for operational efficiency and client-focused service. She also served as General Manager of Business Development at Goodwins, further demonstrating her expertise in driving growth and operational success.
Renowned for her strategic insight, operational rigour, and results-driven approach, Lisa excels at translating vision into execution to achieve market-leading outcomes. Her collaborative leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to innovation have established her as a highly respected authority in New Zealand’s property sector.
Jotika Kumar brings over a decade of specialised accounting experience within the real estate and property management sectors to her role at Goode Property. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Diploma in Business Studies, providing a strong academic foundation to complement her practical expertise.
As Accounts Manager at Goode Property, Jotika is responsible for the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including financial compliance, reporting, and audit readiness.

Josh Connolly serves as Director of Goode Property, where he leads the company’s organic growth strategy. With a background in property investment, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every aspect of his role.
Driven by a passion for how real estate shapes communities and creates long-term value, he later pursued studies in Property Valuation at Massey University.
Josh has been instrumental in the company’s expansion, helping grow its portfolio to more than NZ$850 million in property under management while providing homes for over 2,000 residents. He has played a key role in strategic acquisitions and in launching successful business development initiatives.
His leadership is defined by a client-first mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and delivering measurable results. As a member of the Board, he also contributes to the group’s broader governance and strategic direction.
